A testimony from the founder of the School of Informational Yoga: how a person is arranged from the inside, what is written there, and why the body tells the truth more honestly than the mind.

About the book

Free everything that is not you.

You have always felt the world holds more than anyone will admit. Not that something is wrong with you — simply that the picture everyone agreed was whole has never felt whole to you. You searched: teaching after teaching, faith after faith, each one smaller than what you feel under your skin. You looked for a mentor and did not find him. You tried the practices, and when they didn't hold, you decided the problem was you.

It usually isn't. A technique presses on what is written in you — and when you don't know what is written there, or how it defends itself, you are pressing blind.

This book is not a manual and not a course. It is the testimony of someone still walking the road — not looking back from the end, but speaking from the middle, still in motion. Through vivid scenes from his own life — an hour on a beach when his body turned against the sun, the day a locked door finally opened — Bogdan, founder of the School of Informational Yoga, shows you the one thing no technique can work without: an understanding of how you are built. Why the body tells the truth the mind hides. Why one wound passes without a trace and another holds on for years.

The deepest mechanics are left off the page, where they belong — passed hand to hand, not in print. But everything safe to walk on your own is here in full, from the first step. You will not be asked to believe any of it. You will verify it on yourself.

The part of you that always felt the world was incomplete is not broken. It is the truest thing in you.

What you will learn

Five things this book will teach you.

Everything you carry — fear, old pain, reactions you never chose — is information. Not text and not data: the way the world operates, a frequency that passes through every layer of you and is written into the body, the energy and the mind. What is written there can be read. What can be read can be changed.

  1. The body never lies.

What we carry inside us does not stay politely in our thoughts. It moves outward — into the shoulders, the breath, the posture, the way you walk into a room. Your suffering is not random and not a flaw you were born with. It is information.

  2. Information lives on three levels at once.

In the body, in the energy — that living movement inside that you feel as tiredness or as a lift — and in the mind. Take the tension out of the body but leave the root in the thought, and within a week the body clenches again.

  3. Informational hygiene.

Your day is woven from a hundred small touches: a conversation that left an aftertaste, an email that stung, a feed you scrolled and didn't notice yourself tense up. Singly, not one of them weighs anything. But you move from one to the next without shedding the previous one — and they add up, until the layer grows heavy: a head as if stuffed with cotton wool, a tiredness that sleep doesn't cure. Hygiene is not letting it settle at all — as ordinary as knowing the body must be washed and fed.

  4. The observer.

The thing that notices your thoughts is not your thoughts. The thing that watches you get angry is itself not angry. This quiet onlooker is already in you — the first skill of all the ones this book speaks of, first not in order but in weight.

  5. A block is a living construct — and it is not you.

What we call a block, a clamp, a trauma is a living informational construct: it was once born, it feeds on something, and it defends itself when you come near. The day you say “this is me”, you let it in.

About the author

Bogdan Adamiv-Kostyshyn, author of Informational Yoga. The Beginning

Bogdan Adamiv-Kostyshyn

Founder of the School of Informational Yoga.

From childhood I felt that the world was incomplete — that religions and teachings described something smaller than what lived in me. For years I watched how information shapes our thoughts, emotions, and decisions, and with them our very lives. In time I fell into the trap myself: I lived by beliefs that were not even mine, and my sense of self dissolved into other people’s thoughts and expectations.

For years I was the one searching for a hand.

For many years I walked a path that combined Raja Yoga, Hatha Yoga, breathing techniques, modern psychology, Qigong, and other methods of working with the body, mind, consciousness, attention, will, and energy. And I understood what mattered most: my perception of reality is not just a set of thoughts, but an information structure — woven from energy flows, external influences, and inner patterns.

I am in Dubai — I have lived and worked here since 2022. By day I am a manager in IT.

I wanted one thing: to arm you with knowledge of how this world is built — with what I have walked myself and can testify to — and to leave you the certainty that beyond the edge of the known there really is something, and that to look for it is not in vain.

Informational Yoga. The Beginning is his first book.
