What this website sells

This website sells one thing: the digital publication Informational Yoga. The Beginning, as a single one-time purchase of $12.99 USD. It is offered in three language editions — English, Ukrainian and Russian — and each edition is delivered immediately as both an EPUB file and a PDF file.

Nothing else is sold, offered or promised on this domain. There is no service component, no continuing arrangement, and no other product. If you were looking for something else, you are on the wrong website.

Writing to us about an order

So that we can find your purchase on the first reply, please include:

• the email address you used at checkout;
• the order or receipt number from your Paddle receipt; and
• which language edition you bought.

We answer every message ourselves, and we aim to reply within 2 working days. If your download link has expired or never arrived, say so in the subject line — that one is usually fixed the same day.

Refunds, privacy and terms

Refund grounds and how long a request takes are set out in our Refund Policy. What we do with your data, how to ask us to change or delete it, and the one thing these pages load from another company’s servers are all in our Privacy Policy. The terms governing a purchase are in our Terms of Sale.

Every request in that policy — a copy of your data, a correction, a deletion, withdrawing a newsletter consent — reaches the same address as everything else on this page, and is carried out by a person rather than by a form. There is no self-service privacy page here, and we would rather say so than let you look for one.

Payments are taken by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, so a refund or a billing question can also be raised with Paddle directly.

The publication is published and sold by a sole proprietor (ФОП) registered in Ukraine, at the registered details below. That address is a registered business address for legal correspondence — it is not a shop, and there is nothing to visit.
